Returns Policy

We have a 7-day returns/exchange policy

The item/s must be in good condition when we receive it
Where applicable, the item/s must be in its original packaging.
Once the item has been returned to us, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days from approval.

Non-returnable items:
We will not accept any returns on livestock or plants unless we sent you the incorrect item/s or the livestock is dead on arrival (see “LIVESTOCK SHIPPING”).
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash. Defective items:
If item/s are defective, you will be refunded the full value including the return courier cost, where applicable.
