Livestock Shipping Policy

  • For the safety of our livestock, we only ship Mondays to Wednesdays.

  • Alive Arrival Guarantee (only the first 30 hours):

  • All livestock is packed with medical grade oxygen.

  • If the courier takes 30 hours or more and the livestock is dead on arrival (DOA), you will be refunded.

  • We only refund the value of the DOA, and not the courier cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The 30 hour Alive Arrival Guarantee starts when the courier picks up the livestock.

  • Please contact us for estimated delivery times to ensure that you are present to accept delivery when the courier arrives.

To claim your Alive Arrival Guarantee: Take a photo of the DOA.

The item/s need to be on a piece of paper or paper towel and outside of the bag and water.

WhatsApp (082 565 8177) or email (info@krysaqua.co.za) the photo to Kry’s Aqua.

This photo must be taken within 1 hour of delivery and within 30 hours from the time the courier picks up the livestock.

We have the right to decline any Alive Arrival Guarantee.
